The Ocala Art Group is currently seeking to buy the Gallery Square building located on East Silver Springs Boulevard. Our goal is to create a visual arts center for the city of Ocala with plans to include a children’s gallery as well as offering art classes for adults and children. Ocala Art Group plans to secure funding for the project through local, state, endowments, corporate grants and also through individual donations and business sponsorships. Camera Club The Camera Club is a "bonus" for Ocala Art Group members. Most artists use cameras for reference material while painting in their favorite mediums so this club is useful to everyone. Bring your camera and join us on our Field Trips and meet our members, many of which are artists with the brush as well as the lens. Our members will give you great tips and advice on using your camera and help you to achieve that great picture of the subject you are going to paint or sculpt. Watch your E-MAIL for notification on our meetings.		Ocala Digital Art Masters Club The Ocala Digital Art Master is an extension of the camera club for Ocala Art Group members. This group meets the third Tuesday of each month in the Marion County Public Library and discusses and receives instruction on using Photo Shop and Painter software programs. O.D.A.M is active in the promotion of digital art and participates in two shows each year to promote the digital art form.
